Instructions:

• There is charge of $9.99 per book and it is a PDF digital download. No need to add additional copies. Just click "Checkout" at the bottom of the box on the right-hand side of the screen.

• Click the "Continue" button. 
• On the next screen, Click the "Place Order" Button
• Next, enter your Payment and Billing Address Information.
• When you are ready, click the "Place Order and Pay" Button.
• You will receive a Thank You Page. Click "Download" to gain immediate access to your PDF. 
• You will also receive a confirmation email that contains the link for your records.
